The following terms and conditions govern the use of this website and for registration of any events advertised on this website. By submitting your registration and on-line payment, you have indicated your acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please note that these terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice at any time.
Payment by MasterCard, Visa & Amex only will be accepted. Once a registration is received by credit card, the credit card account will be verified at the time the registration is received. Should a credit card be declined, so will the registration. Registrations are processed ONLY upon receipt of payment. Upon completion of the transaction a confirmation email will be sent to the registrants email and is considered to be the official receipt.
All prices/transactions are in Canadian dollars.
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted under and governed by the federal laws of Canada, without giving effect to conflicts of law rules. Headings used in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience of reference only and are not intended to be part of, or to affect the meaning or interpretation of, these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or un-enforceable, in whole or in part, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired. The terms and conditions stated herein are declared to be Severable.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
A full refund is available in the happening of a cancellation of an event. Requests for refunds must be to the attention Business Administration Department, with the name and date of the event, the amount of the purchase, and submitted in writing to Tradex, 1190 Cornell St Abbotsford, BC, V2T 6H5, or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Approved refunds will be issued via cheque and mailed to your account address.
Personal information is collected for the administration of Tradex programs only, as authorized under Section 26 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Tradex does not use or disclose personal information for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with the consent of the individual whom the information is about or otherwise in accordance with law. Tradex retains personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes of this program and as required under the Act.
